Instead of another manifesto filled with slogans, we’ve developed a practical First 100 Days Governance & Recovery Plan — a clear roadmap focused on restoring confidence in local government and delivering measurable progress from day one.

We cannot undo years of decline in just one hundred days. What we can do is demonstrate that Greater Knysna is moving in the right direction.

Stable Governance: Restore ethical leadership, accountability and transparent decision-making.
Transparent Government: Improve public access to municipal information, procurement and financial reporting.
Reliable Infrastructure: Prioritize the maintenance and recovery of roads, water, electricity, sewerage and stormwater systems.
Water Security: Treat water as an urgent priority through better planning, reduced losses and long-term investment.
Professional Administration: Support merit-based appointments and strengthen accountability across the municipality.
Financial Responsibility: Improve financial management, strengthen oversight and ensure every rand is spent responsibly.
Fair Service Delivery: Deliver measurable improvements across every ward and every community.
Safer Communities: Work with partners to improve public safety, housing and community wellbeing.
Community First: Keep residents informed through regular communication, public reporting and active community engagement.
